Refunds

Unused purchased PocoPoints can be refunded within 14 days. Consumed PP, earned PP, free PP, failed payments, canceled payments, and expired payments are not refundable.

Refund requests

Include your account email or Twitch name, purchase date, Mollie payment reference if available, PP bundle, reason for the request, and whether any purchased PP has been used. Refund requests are reviewed manually and approved refunds are processed through Mollie.

Payment statuses

Open means checkout is not finished yet. Paid means Mollie confirmed the payment and PP can be credited. Failed, canceled, and expired payments do not add PP.
