Agreement
By accessing, hosting, or playing Poco Loco, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and provider accounts
You are responsible for your Twitch, Kick, and Steam accounts. Creators must only connect accounts and channels they are allowed to use, and players must not abuse chat, impersonate others, or interfere with gameplay. Steam is linked only after signing in to Poco Loco with Twitch or Kick.
Connected identities and account merges
One Poco Loco account may connect verified Twitch, Kick, and Steam identities. Display names, usernames, and email addresses are never treated as proof that accounts belong to the same person. If you explicitly confirm a merge after verifying both accounts, creator history, connected identities, supported entitlements, and wallet records move to the selected surviving profile. Self-service merges are irreversible, source sessions are revoked, and Steam reassignment after commerce requires support review.
Creator races and chat access
To run a creator-led race, you may connect a supported provider account and open an Arena session. Twitch and Kick chat can join race lobbies and trigger supported commands during active sessions. Direct Twitch Cheers may trigger YEET or SPIN race effects in selected creator channels. A creator may have one live race session at a time.
Extension and Bits
The Poco Loco Twitch Extension and enabled direct Twitch Cheers may let viewers use Bits to activate permitted in-game effects, including extra boosts, YEETs, and SPINs. Bits interactions are not donations, sales, money transmission, gambling, or financial support for a broadcaster. Extension and Cheer use remain subject to Twitch rules, these Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
Fair play and acceptable use
Poco Loco-supported autoplay and unattended operation, including always-on or 24/7 streams, are allowed. Creators remain responsible for monitoring their channel and following their streaming provider’s rules. Do not use unauthorized bots or automation to manipulate views, scores, payments, access, or gameplay; scrape or attack the service; harass others; publish unlawful content; or bypass security and product limits. BrokenChairMedia may limit, suspend, exclude, or remove access when needed to protect the service or community.
Data, XP, and leaderboards
We use provider usernames and avatars for identity, race entry attribution, XP awards, and leaderboards. Public gameplay and leaderboard surfaces may show player names, creator names, scores, ranks, race results, and related session statistics. XP is gameplay-only and is not money, a prize, or a financial instrument.
PocoPoints
PocoPoints (PP) are digital in-game currency for Poco Loco. PocoPoints (PP) have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for money, and can only be used inside Poco Loco for supported in-game unlocks and features.
Purchases and payment
On pocoloco.app, PocoPoints (PP) bundle prices are shown in EUR and checkout is processed by Mollie. In the Steam distribution, the approved price is shown in the available local currency and checkout is authorized through Steam Wallet in the Steam Overlay. The Steam build does not direct you to an external payment page. Purchased PocoPoints are credited to the same Poco Loco wallet only after the originating payment provider confirms success. Failed, canceled, denied, expired, or unfinalized payments add no PocoPoints.
Refunds and withdrawal
For purchases made through Mollie, unused purchased PocoPoints (PP) can be submitted for refund review within 14 days by contacting [email protected]. Steam Wallet purchase and refund handling also remains subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam refund process. Consumed PocoPoints, earned PocoPoints, free PocoPoints, and test PocoPoints are not refundable unless the originating provider or mandatory law requires otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective digital content, remain unaffected.
Payment disputes and account abuse
A confirmed refund, reversal, or chargeback removes the unspent reversed credit first and may revoke in-game entitlements funded by that credit. If consumed value cannot be recovered, paid Store actions may be restricted while support resolves the account. Abuse, fraud, payment disputes, rule violations, or attempts to bypass payment or gameplay systems may also result in wallet restrictions, account limits, leaderboard exclusion, or service access limits.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, provider changes, third-party outages, abuse prevention, or operational decisions.
Intellectual property
BrokenChairMedia and its licensors keep all rights in Poco Loco, including software, design, game systems, branding, and content. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service as intended under these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Poco Loco and BrokenChairMedia are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, platform outages, provider enforcement, moderation decisions, or interrupted streams. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Dutch law
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you another court or right that cannot be waived.
